Things have been crazy around here lately. John had to have 'unexpected' surgery.
He had an old sports injured knee that he has been babying for years. He was confident he could make it to 60 before he had a total knee replacement. Well a few weeks ago he fell, tore ligaments, and as the saying goes, 'they couldn't put him back together again'. so they did a total knee replacement.
He is doing a lot of rehab and is in a lot of pain still. But every day is a little bit better. He will be home another 7 weeks or so. poor guy. Not much fun when you are so limited in what you can do.
But we are enjoying the time together and it has been so nice to have the kids here to help me out.
